Shipping & Delivery

Do you provide same-day delivery?Absolutely! Most of our floral gifts are fulfilled by a florist, so if your order is placed by 3 pm in the recipient's time zone, your order will be delivered that very day (unless you specify otherwise). If you place the order after 3 pm, the first available delivery date is the following day.
 Do you deliver on Sundays?
We deliver on Sundays.
 Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we are capable of fulfilling your order to Egypt and abroad, however this service is available by EMAIL only, so send us an email to place your international order.
 What is your delivery charge?
We charge a fixed service fee of $14, The service fee covers the charges for processing the order and the delivery of the item.

 
Ordering

How will I know if my order has been submitted successfully?You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order at gift2egypt.com. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your "junk" or "spam" folder in case the email was filtered by your Internet service provider. To ensure delivery of your order confirmation, please add info@gift2egypt.com to your address book.
If you do not receive your email confirmation and it is not in your junk mail folder, please contact us immediately to ensure that the order was submitted successfully.
 How will I know if my order has been delivered?
We work with thousands of florists nationwide to ensure your order is fulfilled on time. we are automatically alerted once a florist has delivered your order.  Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will be happy to make changes to your order. During floral holidays we require all changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Please submit all changes/cancellation requests to info@gift2egypt.com 
 Can I customize my order?
The products on our website may be slightly modified by request, but cannot be guaranteed. For example, if the product you select has pink roses and you prefer red roses, you may add this modification in the "comment" field in checkout. The fulfilling florist will try to match your request as closely as possible, but custom requests cannot be guaranteed.
 What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
 When will my credit card be charged?
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged on the day of purchase.

Delivery Policy

Please be sure to read our delivery policies carefully before ordering :

  1. We deliver same day 7 Days a week
  2. We have a flat US$14.00 delivery fee to all areas.
  3. Our standard delivery hours are 2.00pm - 8.00pm 7 days a week
  4. We have same day delivery guaranteed for all nationwide orders received before 4.00pm local time.
  5. We deliver to all Residential, Commercial, Public, Retail and Government addresses.
  6. It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of the recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
  7. If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise. We will ONLY call if there is a problem finding the address or the recipient is not available when we deliver.

Refunds / Replacements

One of our key motivations for working in this industry is that we love flowers and the pleasure they bring.We want you to be happy with the flowers we provide to you or your nominated recipient.

If you have a complaint about our flowers or gifts, the only thing we ask is that you let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace all flowers or gifts, within 48 hours of receiving a complaint (as long as long as reasonable care was exercised by the recipient). We do like to have the flowers in question returned to us and they should be available for pick-up with the replacement delivery. Should the circumstance warrant, we will look at other solutions.

Due to nature of our products and gifts, we can not accept claims or return requests after 4 days from receipt of the order

If your order cannot be delivered for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible to organise alternative arrangements.For any concerns or enquires regarding your order. Refunds/Replacements will be dealt with on an individual and personal basis.
